For users that have access to Wall Street Prep courses as well as access to a separate learning portal such as Wharton Online Certificate Program, a Columbia Executive Education Certification Program, or certain customized Employer learning programs, and are unable to find one or the other learning portal, there is typically a "switch accounts" icon/button that allows users to switch between portals. This icon now appears as a "grey profile picture" icon instead of a "circle with arrows." If you're in the Wall Street Prep portal, this icon will appear in the top-right User Account dropdown.
Steps to Switch Between Portals
Log Out Completely: Start by logging out of your current session. This ensures that your session is refreshed.
Log Back In: Log back into your Wall Street Prep account to initialize a new session.
Access Profile Options: Once logged in, locate the grey profile picture icon at the top-right corner of the page.
Select "Switch Accounts": Click the profile picture icon to open a dropdown menu and select "Switch accounts."
Choose Desired Portal: From the menu, select the other program or portal you wish to access.
Otherwise, it will appear in the main navigation area.
Troubleshooting Tips
Session Issues: If you experience difficulties switching portals (e.g., certain portals not appearing), ensure that you are properly logged in to Wall Street Prep and logged out of any external programs.
Browser Compatibility: For optimal performance, use a supported web browser, clear your cache, or attempt the process in an incognito/private browsing mode.
