How do I fix poor video quality?

Updated over a month ago

The video quality during playback is automatically adjusted based on the speed and stability of your internet connection. If your connection is slow or experiencing interruptions, the video may switch to a lower quality to prevent buffering and ensure smooth playback.

To manually control the video quality, click on the settings (gear) icon located on the video player. From there, you can select your preferred quality level. Keep in mind that higher quality settings may require a faster internet connection to play without interruptions.
